FROM THE PRESIDENT’S DESK

Occasional Golfers’ Organization (OGO)’s tournament in collaboration with Dilco Australia, Linnunrata, Markfed & PGC is being held on 25^th December 2022, 8:00 am onwards. Senior civil servants, OGO members from diverse fields and NRI’s are participating in this tournament. A closed contest in the game of golf is going to be witnessed among the enthusiastic participants. Attractive prizes, and elaborate arrangements have been made to make it a memorable experience.

As president of OGO, I am personally and from the entire organization, deeply grateful to the sponsors and the organizers in making painstaking efforts and liberal support to make the tournament a great success. This tournament is going to be a steppingstone to next level henceforth. Many NRIs especially from US, Canada, Australia, Southeast Asia are taking keen interest for holding NRI tournament in December every year on regular basis in collaboration with OGO. I am delighted to share with our OGO members that a website www.ogoindia.org has already been hosted purely because of the efforts of our dear local and NRI friends. I have therefore no hesitation in describing our OGO as Overseas Golfers’ Organization in consonance with the provisions enshrined in our Society Bylaws.
